Characteristics include being highly detail oriented, tremendous organizational skills for planning and use of creative ideas to get things done in a timely and professional manner.

  • What is a Concierge Service?
    A concierge service is a service designed to provide busy people assistance in managing their daily personal and professional tasks.  Our services help improve our client’s personal and professional lives by shifting their focus to the things they need or would prefer to do.  We attend to our client’s individual needs.  We attempt to make the impossible happen!

  • Why hire a Concierge?
    Today, many families are either dual income or single parent households.  Both of these scenarios make it very challenging to have adequate time to complete everyday chores. Usually leaving you with a feeling of having missed something or anxiety for not being able to accomplish a task.  Mental exhaustion can be a major cause of illness and stress.  By hiring Isle Concierge, LLC we help to create time, eliminate stress and give you peace of mind at the end of the day.

  • I have a Personal Assistant (PA) – why do I need you?
    We are not here to challenge or remove the role of your PA; our mission is to support and enhance the role of your PA so their talents are dedicated to your daily business needs. Look at us as an extension of your PA, to provide additional support while residing or working in Hawai’i.  We have the local resources and knowledge of the islands that will make working, living and playing in Hawai’i more memorable and enjoyable.

  • What if I need something not listed in your services?
    As a ”can do” concierge we will work very hard to get your request completed in a timely manner. Using our network of vendors and professionals we will exhaust all of our resources to provide solutions for your needs.

  • Are you insured and bonded?
    Isle Concierge, LLC is a registered business, insured and bonded to operate in the State of Hawai’i. 

  • What methods of payments are accepted?
    Isle Concierge, LLC accepts the following:  Visa, MasterCard, American Express, cash, money orders, personal, company, cashier and/or traveler’s checks.

  • How much do you charge for your services?
    Please see 'Pricing/Terms' tab.

  • Are materials, expenses and taxes included in your hourly rate?
    No, the client is responsible for paying all additional charges in addition to the hourly rate.

  • How will I know what the additional service charges are?
    Isle Concierge LLC will provide receipts for all hourly charges and all additional service charges within 3-business day after completion of service.
